1. demonstrate his/her understanding of line and dimension by using the Elements of Art, line and from to create several drawings hands with pen and ink and/or marker.

Step TWO:
Create 3-5 BLIND CONTOUR drawings of different hand positions with marker or pen and ink. They can overlap each other and you can have more than one on a page, however, we will be using these later for another assignment – so do not draw back and front!
Step THREE:
Create 3-5 CONTINUOUS CONTOUR drawings of different hand positions with marker or pen and ink. They can overlap each other and you can have more than one on a page, however, we will be using these later for another assignment – so do not draw back and front! (draw at least one by itself, large on a single sheet)
Step FOUR:
Create 2 MODIFIED CONTOUR drawings of different hand positions with marker or pen and ink. These 2 should focus on line quality and each one should be on a single sheet of paper.
Step FIVE:
Create 1 detailed CROSS-CONTOUR drawing of different hand positions with marker or pen and ink. You should have good lighting on your hand for this, so you can see highlights and shadows!
